Overview of Services

Through my personal experiences in counseling and in counseling others, I have come to believe that hope, redemption, and restoration can become part of every person’s story. In our time together, I will listen, encourage, and kindly challenge you to take the next steps in your journey.  As your therapist, it is my job to walk alongside you on your journey toward freedom and wholeness.

I have experience working with clients in most stages of life including individuals, couples, families, and adolescents dealing with a variety of issues. My areas of focus include: postpartum depression and anxiety, adoption and foster care, relational and familial conflict, navigating change and life transitions, anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, unforgiveness, spiritual concerns, loneliness, and career counseling.

I provide professional counseling to individuals, couples, and families in Knoxville and the surrounding areas through Ebenezer Counseling Services. I work holistically with clients from all backgrounds, offering compassionate care that is grounded in professional education and training, and informed by my own Christian worldview. For more information about the types of counseling I offer, please explore the links below.
